Goetia 2, or Goetiaer, or perhaps 2Goe 2Tia, follows very much in line with the well-liked first game. I’m kind of tired of these kinds of games unless they’ve got a really strong new idea driving them, but you might be more open to World of One. A New Game+ mode has also been included to that end. There are four different endings you can reach based on your actions, which adds some replay value. You have a means of attacking here, so you’ll also have to engage in some combat. Enjoy the dark silhouette visuals, solve the odd puzzle, do some frustrating platforming, and so on. Hunh, another one of these Limbo-likes, eh? This is a puzzle-platformer set on little planetoids, and that seems to be the main distinguishing factor compared to the rest of the crowd. As long as the port to the Switch doesn’t introduce any issues, this could be one to look at. Reviews of this game are decent on other platforms and the reception from players has been very, very good. Not bad by any means, however, and the atmosphere certainly helps to make up for it. The gameplay here is a little weird and I’m not sure it’s as smooth as I’d prefer, especially during combat. You battle the bad guys to bring them in and get rich doing it. They so do, don’t they? Wait, what are we talking about? In this 2D action game you play as a three-armed space bounty hunter. But as they say, if you can’t be good, at least be bad in an interesting way. Strictly speaking, this is not a very good game. I imagine Hamster may have had to edit a few things here to avoid some licensing issues, but there’s plenty of odd left to go around even if that happened. In a lot of ways, this is so Data East it hurts. It’s a side-scrolling action game similar to Kung Fu Master or Vigilante, but it has the weirdness volume turned up to the maximum. It might be the bonkersest bonkers that ever bonkered. second hand on almost any platform, this is a steal of a deal. Heck, compared to buying the original Snow Bros. I really wish the original game was included here to soften the blow of the price a bit, but it is what it is. You can play alone or pull in a friend for some local two-player co-op. Use your snow to turn enemies into snowballs, then roll ’em to earn points and clear the stage. Special redraws all of the visuals (ehn) but maintains the same gameplay that people loved in the original. Here’s a remake/follow-up to Toaplan’s cult-favorite single-screen action game. Still quite fun, and I’ll have a review for you early next week.

Your input is mainly in building the dungeon around the hero and letting them make their own decisions. It’s a pretty neat game about heroes exploring dungeons, which sounds pretty plain. This is certainly a twist on the familiar top-down survival game, I’ll give it that much. Basically you can collect the corpses of zombies you kill and plant them to grow your own zombie workers. Don’t worry, your undead are the good kind of undead. Oh well! You are a half-zombie who needs to battle the undead but also recruit the undead. Half-vampires are all the rage, so why not half-zombie? Wait… I don’t think zombies work like that. Let’s get started!
